Purpose

Everything we write should help its reader. Content that exists only to carry a link or fill a page does not meet this standard, whoever pays for it.

Research and sources

  • Factual claims are backed by sources, preferably primary sources such as official documentation, original studies and public records.
  • Blog articles list their sources at the end.
  • Drafts written for clients come with a source list so the client can check facts before approving.
  • We do not invent statistics, quotes, case studies or testimonials.

Writing

  • Plain language, written for the intended reader, with clear structure.
  • Writers may use software tools for research, spelling and editing. A person plans, writes and checks every article and is responsible for its accuracy. We do not publish unreviewed machine-generated text.
  • Articles written for a publisher follow that publisher's guidelines and editorial decisions.

Review before publication

Blog articles are reviewed by a second person before publication. Articles for clients are approved by the client and then by the publisher's editor.

Bylines

Blog articles signed by the "SEO Ramper Editorial Team" are researched, written and reviewed internally. Guest articles carry the name of the expert whose knowledge they are based on, with that person's approval.

Sponsored content

Our own blog does not publish paid content without a visible sponsored label. Articles we place on publisher websites for clients are labeled according to our sponsored content policy.

Updates and corrections

When we update an article significantly, we show the update date. When we find an error, we correct it. If you think something we published is wrong, tell us through the contact page and we will review it.
