Guest Posting

Guest posts that editors accept and readers finish

Guest posting means writing an article for another publication, under your name or your company's, because you have something useful to say to its readers. The editor decides whether it runs.

Your expertise is invisible outside your own website

Your team knows things that other people search for and ask about. But the readers who would value that knowledge are on other publications, and editors receive dozens of low-effort pitches every week.

Writing a contribution that an editor accepts takes research into the publication, an angle nobody has covered there, and an article that does not read like an advertisement.

What happens if it stays that way

  • Pitches ignored because they look like every other mass email an editor receives.
  • Articles rejected for being promotional, or published on sites that accept anything.
  • Your people's knowledge stays on your own blog, read by the people who already know you.
  • Time spent by senior staff on writing that never gets published.

Research, angle, article and pitch handled for you

We study each target publication: what it has already covered, what its readers respond to and what its guidelines say about contributors and links. Then we propose angles that fill a real gap for that publication.

Our writers interview your expert or work from your material, draft the article, and pitch it to the editor. Links follow the publisher's own policy. When an editorial link is offered freely we report it as such; when a publisher charges, the placement is treated as sponsored.

Guest Posting: questions and answers

What is the difference between a guest post and a sponsored article?
A guest post is accepted on editorial merit and the publisher is not paid to run it. A sponsored article is paid for and labeled. If a publisher asks for payment, we tell you and handle it as a sponsored article.
Will my guest post include a link?
Usually there is an author bio and often a contextual link where it genuinely helps the reader, but the publisher decides. We never promise a specific link type for editorial content.
Whose name goes on the article?
Yours or your expert's, with their approval. We ghostwrite from their input and they review the final text.
How long does it take?
Editorial calendars vary. Expect several weeks from approved topic to publication, longer for well-known publications.
