You may use the site to learn about our services, send messages and requests, apply as a publisher and manage your account. You agree not to misuse it: no automated submissions, attempts to access other people's data or accounts, or content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity in your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms.
4. Requests, proposals and orders
- Sending a request through the site does not create an order or any obligation to pay.
- We reply with a proposal and a written quote describing the scope, publishers, price, timing and payment terms.
- An order is formed only when you accept a quote in writing. The quote prevails over prices shown on the website.
- Prices on the website marked as demonstration prices are placeholders and do not constitute an offer.
5. Payment
Online payment is not available yet. Payment method and timing are set out in each quote. Prices are in US dollars unless the quote states otherwise.
6. What we deliver
We deliver the work described in the quote: for example research, content, outreach, placement and reports. Publishers keep editorial control over their own websites and may request changes or decline content.
We do not promise or guarantee search engine rankings, traffic numbers, coverage by particular publications or any specific business result.
7. Disclosure and links
Paid placements are labeled as sponsored and paid links are qualified with rel="sponsored" or an equivalent attribute. We will not arrange undisclosed paid content. See the sponsored content policy.
8. Your content and materials
You confirm that materials you send us (texts, images, logos, data) are yours to use or that you have permission, and that your products, services and claims comply with the law. You keep ownership of your materials and give us permission to use them to perform the work.
9. Content we write for you
Once a quote is paid in full, you may use the content we wrote for you, subject to any rights the publisher keeps over articles published on its website.
10. Publishers
Publishers who submit a website confirm that they own or manage it and that the information they provide is accurate. Approval is at our discretion. Traffic declared by publishers is treated as self-reported unless we verify it.
11. Liability
We perform our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made by publishers, search engines or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you accept a quote applies to that order.
